Partnering with founders since 2020

This work did not start as a concept. It came from being inside organizations and seeing how much effort goes into building something meaningful, and how often that work becomes harder than it needs to be.

Good ideas often get buried under unclear structure, strong teams move forward without shared direction, and growth begins before the foundation is ready to support it.

Over time, a pattern becomes clear. Most people are not struggling because they lack vision. They are struggling because what they have built has not yet been fully organized.

How We See the Work

We do not separate people from systems. The way a team communicates, makes decisions, and carries responsibility is part of the organization’s structure, not something that sits outside of it.

Because of this, our work focuses on both how the organization operates and how people within it experience it.

When those two are not aligned, growth becomes difficult to sustain. When they are aligned, work begins to move with greater clarity and less friction.

We sit at the intersection of strategy and operations.

We start by defining what is actually happening within your organization, so the work is grounded in reality rather than assumptions.

We ask direct questions, listen for what is consistent, and identify how work is currently moving in real time. From there, we organize what we see into a clear structure.

Some areas come into focus quickly. Others require more deliberate work. In both cases, the objective is the same: to build a structure that reflects how your organization actually operates, not an idealized version.

Our Approach in Practice

365 Intelligence Suite™

The 365 Intelligence Suite is a 90-day system designed to help you bring structure to how your team is onboarded, developed, and supported as your organization grows.

We respect the work that already exists.

You can expect honesty in our communication, care in how we approach your work, and consistency in how we follow through.

We do not rely on language or ideas that are disconnected from your day-to-day reality. Instead, we stay focused on helping you understand your work more clearly and building the structure needed to carry it forward.

If this is the kind of support you are looking for, you will likely feel at home working with us.

Meet the Founder

Ambra Pulliam is the founder of Progressive Minds Advisory, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience working across organizations at different stages of growth. Having started working at a young age, her understanding of how work actually functions was shaped early, giving her a practical perspective on structure, operations, and leadership. Her approach is rooted in collaboration and design-based thinking, working closely with founders to understand what they have already built and strengthen it without reshaping it into something unrecognizable. She focuses on helping clients bring clarity to their work, build structure that supports growth, and position their businesses with the infrastructure needed to delegate as they scale so they can remain focused on the overall vision.
